Robert Whitlow

Robert earned his undergraduate degree from Furman University.  Robert graduated magna cum laude from undergraduate school in 1976 and was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  In 1979, he graduated with honors from The University of Georgia School of Law where he served on the Georgia Law Review and as Honor Court Justice.

Robert is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and has extensive experience in workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, ERISA Long Term Disability, and alternate dispute resolution.  He has assisted thousands of individuals at all levels of the administrative process, from hearings to the state and federal courts.

Robert is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PeacePoint, and an independent, non-denominational ministry that assists Christians and churches in reconciling conflict and resolving disputes.  He has mediated and arbitrated cases involving family and marriage conflict, business and employment disputes, and between church organizations.
